I will take the time to carefully get a sense of who you are, what your life looks like, and what you want to change. We will examine your self-beliefs alongside your sense of your own imitations and build up a clear picture of what's going on for you.
We then work on the areas that you need most support in. This will vary greatly from person to person but some examples might be: task paralysis, scheduling, motivation, delineation of space and time, prioritization of tasks, and setting boundaries, as well as emotional regulation techniques for when you feel overwhelmed.
After we identify what needs to change, we will work towards implementing changes that lead you to achieve your goals. I will offer background support at all times in the form of brief phone check-ins, texts, or emails, as you work towards making these changes.
