My approach is always neurodivergent informed
I will take the time to carefully get a sense of who you are, what your life looks like, and what you want to change.
We then work on the areas that you need most support in. This will vary greatly between clients but some examples might be: scheduling, motivation, delineation of space and time, prioritisation of tasks, and setting boundaries.
After we identify what needs to change, we will work towards implementing changes that lead you to achieve your goals.
